The Binks DX200 3:1 Diaphragm Pump is a stainless steel, air-operated double diaphragm pump for circulating or transferring paints and coatings, or supplying them directly to spray guns. It is designed for finishing operations running several spray guns at once and the 3:1 version delivers up to 3.5 L/min (0.9 GPM) continuously at fluid pressures up to 21 bar (305 psi).
A bonded PTFE diaphragm removes the need for mechanical seals or packings for longer life and zero leakage. The no-crease diaphragm shape helps reduce pulsation, while low internal velocities and gentle pumping action protect shear-sensitive coatings. The non-stall air valve and integrated muffler give smooth, quiet running.
The DX200 is self-priming and works with conventional, Trans-Tech, HVLP, LVLP and low-pressure electrostatic spray guns. This model, DX200-3SN, is the non-regulated version, for systems where fluid pressure is regulated elsewhere.
