The Binks IntelliFlow RM2 is an entry-level electronic plural component proportioner built to minimize waste and maximize consistency in hand spray applications. This package is the low pressure (LP) configuration with standard gear pumps.
The RM2 controls material ratios precisely from 1:1 to 100:1 with dynamic mixing, so no integrator is needed, cutting maintenance and paint waste. It manages up to 7 colours with customizable flush sequences per colour, and its standard air-solvent chop reduces solvent use by up to 65%.
A 10″ colour touchscreen makes operation simple, with common tasks done in 3 presses or less and visible alarms that show the fix. Cloud-based connectivity via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular or USB allows real-time remote monitoring and data export for process improvement and VOC reporting.
