1993
Founded
Established in June 1993 as a dedicated distributor of Binks spray equipment and Uryu pneumatic assembly equipment. The name “S&S” reflected our hope that our sons would one day join us in building a family-centered business.
2002
Joining a Unified Network
Following ITW’s acquisition of the rights to manufacture Binks and DeVilbiss brand spray equipment, we became part of a unified distribution network. This led to conversations about aligning with Rontier Industrial Supply, distributor of DeVilbiss products since 1977.
Merger
The Merger
Recognizing the opportunity for growth and collaboration, Sheila and Brad acquired Rontier Industrial Supply, merging the two companies into a single entity and leveraging its larger customer base and established reputation.
2021
Back to Our Roots
With two of our sons now part of the team and a renewed focus on becoming a comprehensive Finishing Supply House, we proudly reintroduced ourselves as S&S Finishing Systems on April 1, 2021, embracing both our heritage and our commitment to the future.
Today, we remain dedicated to providing top-tier finishing solutions while staying true to the family values and customer-first approach that have been the foundation of our success.
