The Binks Gemini II 1″ Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pump is part of Binks’ premier Gemini II line of diaphragm pumps, built for spraying, transferring and circulating a wide range of coatings and viscosities. It is used in wood finishing, general metal fabrication and adhesive applications.

The 1″ Gemini II delivers up to 38% more material per cycle than previous Binks models, with lower pulsation for a smoother, more consistent spray. The stainless steel construction makes it compatible with both waterborne and solvent-based materials.

Rated for up to 45 GPM (170 L/min) at a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi (8.6 bar), with a no-lube, no-stall air valve and solids handling up to 6 mm.

Available in two part numbers: 41-818822 with 1″ NPT ports and 41-818823 with 1″ BSP tapered ports.
