The Binks AGMD Pro automatic spray gun brings the atomization technology of the GTi Pro handgun to the proven AGMD automatic gun. It is built for Class A finishes with better colour change and flushing, lower air consumption and a quick-detach gun head for fast servicing.
Radial clamping with a quick-release cam (operable from either side) gives positive sealing with less risk of O-ring damage, and the large piston gives fast trigger cycles at lower air pressure. Certified air caps can be indexed without removing the fluid nozzle, and an optional plastic-tip needle on a stainless steel seat extends life. It keeps the same tool centre point as the original DeVilbiss AGMD, mounts on a standard machine mount or on common painting robots with adapters, and works with waterborne and solvent-based coatings.
