The Binks Trophy Series Automatic Spray Gun (3465) is built for automatic finishing lines, in both high- and low-production settings. It gives full control of atomizing air pressure, side port air, fluid flow and spray pattern for consistent, fine finishes across a wide range of industrial coatings.

Choose HVLP (blue), LVMP (green) or conventional (brown) atomization. Fewer gun parts and longer-wearing fluid components cut maintenance, downtime and running costs. Hardened stainless steel nozzles suit most coatings and, according to Binks testing over 1 million cycles, last 20% longer than competitor stainless nozzles; tungsten carbide nozzles and needles handle abrasive materials such as porcelain and ceramics, and plastic needles suit very thin materials including NGR stains.
