The Wagner ACF3000 AirCoat spray tips are engineered to provide exceptionally fine atomization, making them ideal for high-quality finishes, especially when applying high-solids paint coatings. Their advanced design ensures efficient performance with reduced material pressure, resulting in minimal overspray and energy consumption. These tips are compatible with various Wagner AirCoat spray guns, including models like the GM 4700AC.

The ACF3000 series offers a wide range of spray angles and orifice sizes to accommodate various applications. Each tip is identified by a combination of spray angle (in degrees) and orifice size (in thousandths of an inch). For instance, a 13/40 tip has a 40° spray angle and a 0.013-inch orifice.
