The Binks DR60 Ram Pump Unit is a rugged, high-performance supply system for very high viscosity materials such as lubricants, mastics, adhesives, epoxies and sealants, supplied straight from 60 L drums. It can run as a stand-alone unit or as part of a larger system.
The pneumatic ram pushes a twin-seal follower plate down into the container, priming the pump, preventing cavitation and wiping the container wall clean as it descends, so less material goes to waste. The Binks MX high-pressure piston pump delivers a constant, low-pulse flow to the dispensing tool, and the patented low-ice air motor keeps it running without interruption.
