The Binks (DeVilbiss) PRO Lite E is an enhanced version of the PRO Lite pressure feed spray gun, built for heavy-duty finishing with abrasive ceramic glazes and vitreous enamel. It is designed for continuous, reliable work at high fluid flow, up to 3.5 L/min with heavy-weight ceramic glaze. It is for water-based ceramic and enamel materials only.
The gun has a drop-forged aluminum body with a QuickClean coating, a stainless steel lined fluid passageway so only stainless steel touches the material, and abrasion-resistant needle packing to stand up to abrasive coatings. It is used in ceramics, sanitaryware, appliance and enamelling plants.
PROLT-EC67-18C is supplied with the C67 conventional air cap, designed for a wide spray fan and high fluid flow, and a 1.8 mm tungsten carbide fluid tip and needle for the longest wear life with abrasive materials.
