The Binks Fluid Heater 830001 is an in-line electric heater that warms coating material on its way to the spray gun or dispense valve. Heating lowers viscosity, helping materials flow and atomize more consistently and reducing the need for added thinner.
It runs on 240 V at 8.3 A, connects with 1/2″ NPTF inlet and outlet fittings, and raises material temperature by up to 38 °C above ambient. Binks lists it for use with all MX and DX pumps.
