The Binks DR-1 Fluid Regulator gives consistent, constant fluid regulation for automatic coating applications. It has two selectable fluid pressure ranges: a low flow range output for precise fluid delivery and a high flow range output for higher fluid deliveries. Together they give excellent paint film uniformity and minimal colour change time.
All wetted parts are stainless steel, and a wide range of ratio options gives precise fluid control and repeatable low and high delivery with a variety of coating materials, helping improve finish quality and reduce material costs.
Model 74151 part numbers by ratio: 74151-11 (1:1), 74151-01 (1:2), 74151-06 (1:3), 74151-02 (1:4), 74151-03 (1:6), 74151-04 (1:8) and 74151-05 (1:10). All are two-stage.
