Overview

The new generation MS Elite Series M5+ manual powder cart has been developed for industrial powder coat, contract coating and production operator applications. Simplicity of operation is the key element to the system’s design, making it easier to operate.  This simplicity of design allows for faster color change and gives the added benefit of lower maintenance requirements. Configurations include single or dual applicators and a variety of cable and hose lengths.

The ergonomic. advanced manual powder gun aims to be one of the lightest on its class, reducing operator fatigue and improving efficiency. The controls are easy and intuitive . Color changes can be done in 30 seconds with an automatic cleaning system.

 

The MS Elite Series Manual Powder Cart offers two primary powder feed configurations: 

 

1- MS elite Vibratory Box Feed (VBF)

  • Utilizes a vibrator to mobilize powder in suspension, facilitating easier transport to the applicator.

2- MS Elite Fluid Hopper (FH)

  • Employs a fluidized hopper system to deliver powder to the applicator.
